How to order?

Please read our purchase guidelines before ordering. By using in123style, you have agreed to our terms and conditions.

1. Fancy the clothes/ bag? Drop an email to in123style@hotmail.com in the following format for each item:

Qty, colour, size

Together with the following particulars:

Name
Email

Payment mode
Collection mode

2. Once we have confirm your email, we would reply within 3days . Please make the necessary payment* within 3 days of the email. Orders will not be process if payment is not received.

3. Sent us an email once you transfer the funds. The "subject" should be the transaction no# we gave. The best is to reply from the previous email. A confirmation e-mail would be sent within 3 days upon receiving your payment.

4. You would be inform of any updates. In the event that item is not available, amount will be fully refunded. No refund for all others circumstances.

5. We will send an email to you when the items arrived + amount for 2nd payment.

6. If we do not receive the top up payment in 3 weeks time, your orders and payment will be forfeited.

*Pricing system:
1st payment = [ Price in TWD/ ER] + [SC * no. of items]
- ER Exchange rate: NT$21 - S$1
- SC Shipping charges: S$2 for Belts/Hats/Tubes/Spaghettis, S$3 for Top/ Short/ Skirt, S$4 for Jean/Pant/Jacket/Dress, S$6 for bag.

2nd payment is only imposed when you opt for postage. Postage fees would be calculated after we have received the items from the suppliers. We would send you an email stating the postage fees to be paid to us.

*Payment mode:
(A) ATM transfer - POSB & UOB, please indicate your reference no. and retain the receipt until we have confirm your payment.
(B) Internet banking- POSB & UOB, please indicate your nickname that you used when you make payment.

*Collection mode:
(A) Normal Postage - Normal postage at your own risk, In123style would not be liable for any items lost during the delivery.
Postage from $1.50 onwards, each top is ~ 200g-300g. Dress is ~ 600g.

(B) Registered Postage - Strongly recommended!
Additional $2.24 applicable for registered articles

(C) Meet up:
1. Bukit Panjang Blk 259 - 24hr coffee shop
2. Bukit Panjang Blk 270 - busstop (Last stop b4 BKE)
3. The Cathay (Weekday - 6pm to 6.45pm except Tue & Fri )
4. Pacific Plaza @ Orchard (Saturday 11am-12pm)
5. Busstop outside Thong Teck Bldg (opp Far East Plaza) (Saturday 11am-12pm)

Please note that the meet up are not final and may subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Please do not have last min changes! Inform us at least 2 days in advance.

Purchase guidelines

Sprees will only be closed when the spree cap is achieved. For those who are unable to wait, please do not join us to avoid any misunderstanding.
If the spree response is poor, we will cancel the spree and will do a refund.
Items will mostly reach Singapore within 1-2mths.
In the event where the item is out of stock, the supplier would make sure all items are available before sending to us.
Please allow us 1-2 weeks to distribute once we received the items.
We do not take responsibility of any damaged good during shipping and there will be no refund for them.
We regret to say that lost mail via post and spoil items are unrefundable/exchangable. All items are checked before sending out.
All the measurements are according to our suppliers. Differences in the colour maybe due to lighting or due to the brightness of your screen.
Items sold are unrefundable or exchangable. We seek your understanding in this situation.
We regret to say that no cancellations is allowed once payment have been made to us.
The payment will be consficated. We hope you honour your bid. Thanks.
